While we are committed to delivering the best possible results, the final outcome of your revamp heavily depends on the quality and condition of your wig — especially the lace.
• If your lace is thick, worn out, or low quality, you should not expect the same flawless melt you see on our premium HD lace wigs.
• We will always do our best to refresh your unit, but thin, high-quality lace produces the most natural and seamless results.
• Severely damaged wigs or heavily balded lace fronts may be declined for service after inspection.

When working on wigs or hair provided by clients, I am not responsible for damage, shedding, or unexpected results due to prior processing, poor-quality lace, or vendor inconsistencies. I recommend sourcing hair through me for the most predictable results.
Color Results May Vary:
Custom colors are created based on hair type, lace quality, and processing history. If you request the same color on different hair or send in bundles from other vendors, results may not be identical. Additionally, colors may appear different under various lighting conditions (natural light, ring light, indoor light, etc.) and may look different on-screen vs. in person.
Final Outcome & Expectations:
I always aim to deliver the best possible result. However, due to the nature of custom services and external factors (e.g. vendor quality, lace condition, chemical sensitivity), I cannot guarantee outcomes will match reference photos exactly.
