Mojay Hair has a no refund or exchange policy. if there's a mistake from our end, please file a complaint through customer service info@mojayhair.com or text 4167064010.

Upon agreeing, you give up all rights to file a dispute against the Mojay Hair from any supporting credit/debit card network using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Union Pay, JCB. If you do not agree you will be refunded and order cancelled. 

 

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

 

If you provided an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

 

For available wigs please allow 2-3 business days for your payment to be processed and confirmed before shipping. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday.

For Pre-Order wigs, order will be processed within 14 - 20 Business Days after payment has been processed 

 

Shipping within Canada will take  3-5 Business Days for Standard Shipping and 2-3  Business Days for Express shipping  

 

Shipping outside Canada is within 5-12 business days.

 

Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

 

Please be aware we are not responsible for any Custom Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you.

Please note that during a period we are having sales, and from December- February, shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of package deliveries (i.e. Sales, New Year, Valentines Day). Rest assured your order will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to the sanitary nature and high appeal of our products., all sales are final.

We only  accept return of  defective item or In the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at info@mojayhair.com

Refunds & Exchanges are only applicable for any defective product purchased from us, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method after it has been fully examined and eligible for refund or exchange . In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) Wigs from Mojay Hair are not eligible for returns except if defective

Please take note of the wig cap sizes and select your correct size, Units cannot be resized.

There will be no refunds after the lace has been cut and worn.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

WIG ORDER Cancellation Policy
  • To avoid any charges, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours after order has been placed.

  • For cancellations which are received after 24 hours from placing an order, 30% of your fee will be charged.

  •  If your cancellation is received after the order has been confirmed, processed  or ready for pick up/delivered the full payment is charged and can not be refunded 

  • 24 hours after order has been submitted, Order modifications are not permitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

HAIR & MAKEUP Appointment Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required to confirm appointments. 

  • All deposits are non-refundable!

  • You can reschedule your appointment 72 hours before your appointment time.

  • Rescheduled appointment must be made within 30 Days of initial appointment.

  •  After that, your appointment will be voided and no longer able to reschedule.

  • If your cancellation is received after the order has been confirmed, processed  or ready for pick up/delivery or in the event of a no-show, the full reservation total will be charged.

  • If due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to cancel your appointment, I will notify you and immediately refund your deposit.

       WIG MASTERY CLASS POLICY

Registration & Payment

  • Deposit is required to secure your spot. No reservations without payment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future class if you notify us at least 7 days in advance.

  • The Remaining Balance Must Be Paid In Full At The Start Of The Class 

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else, but you must inform us at least 48 hours before class day.

Class Rescheduling & Cancellations

  •  In the rare case that the class is canceled by Mojay Hair, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  •  If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule for affected students.

Class Requirements

  • All materials and tools will be provided if you choose the Wig class + kit option, except for hair bundles & closure, which students must bring.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals disrupt the class flow, and if you are more than 30 minutes late, you may have difficulty catching up.

  •  This is a hands-on training, so be prepared to actively participate and follow instructions.

 

Conduct & Learning Environment

  • This is a focused learning space

  • No additional guests (friends, family, or children) are allowed during the class.

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive students may be asked to leave without a refund.

  • By registering for this class, you agree to these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation—we can’t wait to teach you!
